    Wow was looking for dis recipes… But doubt can v preserve cut onions as usually said v cant have cut onions after half n hr as it releases poisonous acid

    I have a doubt. After 10 days the onions gets finished but that syrup remains so can we reuse that syrup or we should make a new one?

    I had My first sirka Onion in saket new Delhi, I was shocked initially…what is this. Now I got to know ohk….it was sirka Onion. thanks for the recipe chef.
