    Hi! I happened to chance across your recipe on your chocolate orange tart. I have actually decided to use that recipe for my upcoming culinary exam but i forgot to factor in that the recipe called for the dough to be chilled for 30 mins before the baking and then setting of the entire tart for one hour. Would it be possible if i just put it in the freezer for 15 minutes?

    Nice one. But interestingly this is the way my mother makes mashed potatoes for as long as I can remember ^^
    I could not imagine ever making them without milk/cream and butter.
