Can you fry the tofu with cornstarch without oil? Or do you need oil to fry with cornstarch?

I’ve been back and forth with the decision of becoming vegan.. honestly i don’t know how to cook but I’ll be forced to cook if i want to be vegan so that i can make my own meals… I’m so tired of the processed foods I want to try something different i feel like it’s what’s best.. my body and mind needs something new.. thanks for the vids!

I just made the Sweet Chili Tofu and it is to die for!! I used Frank's Sweet Chili Sauce, made jasmine rice in the rice cooker adding some frozen mixed veggies the last 10 minutes. It is now my favorite Sarah Recipe.

Silly question but: how you make rice taste good? I tried boiled rice but the result isn't good: it has no flavor and i cant enjoy it (plus i'm allergic to soy sauce so) thanks in advance and have a nice day!

I'm rewatching a lot of your videos and these are my fav to watch (i love tofu but haven't made these exact recipes) and i have the ingredients for the first recipe and I'm so excited to try it. Ive basically done it before without the veggies (I'm a lazy cook) but i have pineapple so thank you, can't wait to try it together!
